There are several ways to get information or contact Funcom if you have questions. The following links and emails are available. Please note that not all e-mails will be answered directly but the messages will be read and forwarded to the correct department.

• For in game help please log into the game and use the /petition command. Follow the instructions provided in the chat system or the 'How To'- description found on the official forums.
• For help with account issues, technical issues with the game client, general support questions, or general feedback, please go to http://www.ageofconan.com/support/ and choose Live Chat or Email Support. Please note that emails sent to old support email addresses will no longer reach support and this new portal must be used to submit all email inquiries.
