Anways, (not in defense of funcom) but this is a normal part of the MMO system.
1) Release an unfinished projects
2) Collect subscription fees
3) Continue to develop game
4) 6 months to a year down the road have a nice polished game
5) Continue to add free content and the occasional pay for expansion to keep subscriptions going
It happened with WoW, LoTRO, AoC. Expect it to happen with WaR and whatever MMOs come out in the future.
Call me a fanboy if you want (and I expect someone will) but this is the reality. When buying an MMO at release you are paying for 1/2 finished garbage.
Now there is a lot of BS that needs to be fixed in this game. Your choices are simple
1) Quit and never come back.....
2) Suspend your account and come back when the game is more polished
3) Continue playing if you enjoy the game
If your not enjoying the game, 1&2 are probably for you. Hell, I could be sick of this game in a week or two. And I'll probably pick up WaR when it comes out. But until I'm absolutely bored, I'll keep paying to play. At least its interesting to watch how they progress into fixing things and dealing w/ the angry mob.

You are right in what you believe, however the point is that funcom's customer service sucks, they promised things would be in game at release, they are portraying them in the game now and they have our money plus upgrading our computers the money we spent out for this game to have bought a lie or should I say bought into the FunCom lie, remember things that are in the game and bugged out, ok no problem , things that are supposed to be there and are not? False advertisement
