So I finally broke down and bought a horse because I can't rez travel between Atzel's and Kheshatta. So I went to Old Tarantia and bought my horse and tried to buy the horse riding skill, twice. I can't ride my horse and I have a feeling I'm not going to get my 2 gold back.

I put in a petition, but there are 101 people in front of me and I don't have the next 5 days to sit in queue. Anything I can do/email or just forget about it?

I had the same problem, could not buy riding in my home city of Khemi. Then I went to Cimmeria, walked up to the vendor and got riding skill first try.

Try a different riding vendor.
