4. What you were doing at the time of the spike: Fighting usually but it is really random i can play for about 1 hour then it starts spiking.
5. Estimate of the time it happened at: 10am - 3am
6. How long does it last: usually only about 30 seconds to about 1 minute but when it spikes it happens repeatedly for about 20 to 30 minutes

This will not help people having this issue. I use an exceptional piece of software called Cfos Speed at http://www.cfos.de/index2_e.htm which you can also have adjust the Ping favored over bandwidth and this issue will still occur. There is no solution for it as of now, and all we can do is wait for any help from FunCom.
