Default elusive nature in PvP

Did a little testing and it seems usless. =/ necro dot only ticked away 150-210 crit dmg with it off, and the exact same thing with it on, without some pvp 10 gear it ticked around 30-100 more dmg a tick, with and without it slotted. This was from a PvP 7 necro who should have had similar tenacity.

That's because, it is in fact, useless, in PvP, it's a tanking thing only, with the obvious intention that it would effect PvP, it simply does not translate to anything meaningful.

Please spread the word, there's a lot of misinformed people who actually think it does something in PvP.

So it's even more usless for casters eh? Unless they just can't stop aggro.

It serves no purpose, casters should be DPS and not pulling aggro in PvE, same goes for PvP really, but if survivability it needed in either, you'd use the constitution buff because it's a static +79 con, it ALWAYS works, mitigating critical hits is dependant on the person actually criting, and the chance isn't exactly 100% or anything. Tanks can get 80% so it's decent, but in PvP, you just don't need it, I can't think you'd ever switch out Decisive Strikes and either Chromatic Warding, Pressing Strikes or whatever you use, I don't see how you can possibly be benefiting from mitigating a few critical hits, especially when people have tons of tenacity on the gear which negates critigation.

It is VERY usefull if ur enemy dont have tenacity.

It is decent to poor if ur enemy has tenacity.

Its never useless, it just have a "chance" to work. I already critigated 1.2k from some atacks. thats not useless.


Keep in mind those poms who use full SC gear with 0 tenacity.

And ppl dont know why the noobs cry so much...

Sounds like elusive nature is broken if it doesn't effect a spellweaving necro.

Btw, to actually see if EN is working, u cant see it on the actuall damage number, u gotta look on ur combat tab. The damage number on ur scren wil continue the same.

Tenacity on T2 or T3 PvP gear completely negates critigation on the PvP sets. Test it with the necro in PvE gear if you want to see what it does.
