I tried to be forgiving of this game, I really did. There was a time in my life when I loved this game despite its many problems. Then Craig comes along and does nothing but destroy what's left of it that's worthwhile. So I departed for several months. When I got the offer of a free month of premium membership I decided to give it a second chance. I spent some money in the in game store, including purchasing the Turan expansion. And that was really fun. But then, on Christmas Day, I discover that FC has charged my credit card for an additional month of premium membership EVEN THOUGH I NEVER CHANGED MY SUBSCRIPTION STATUS. Gee thanks FC, I loved getting ganked for Xmas. That was AWESOME of you. So I waste part of my Xmas day talking to some CS schmuck online who assures me the charge has been reversed. I check well after opening of business this morning but nope, NO indication that my money has been returned. So I waste some more of my precious holiday time talking to a new CS schmuck who tells me it'll take 5 to 7 days to get my money back and doesn't even bother to apologize. So that's it, I've had it. No matter how great this game could be, the company that runs it is UTTERLY incompetent and knows NOTHING of customer service nor how to build or maintain customer good will.
The thing I love about Conan is the world RE Howard created. I can write about that world without having to have anything to do with this tragically cursed game.
