Default You all time your interrupt?

I know this is gonna sound myopic, but why bother time the interrupt? Spamming HFB is a given when pvping with a HoX. Losing out on 2-3k of damage by delaying its use for a possible interrupt seems unworthy of the effort. Most peeps combos are fast to execute. Combine that with server side and client side lag, you just create undue stress timing the effect. Also, every duel or mass combat situation I am in is so fast and furious I am more interested in where to kite my toon and what I am gonna use when. The last thing I need to do is count 20s or keep track of what HFB I am on to possible interrupt an unkown combo. Just go balls to the wall and melt the *******...

Set PvE
Default Raiding T3

Depends if you mean PvP or PvE.

In PvE there are several T3 encounters where failure to silence means a raid wipe. You have to save it and take the dps hit to ensure the survival of your team.

I haven't played in a while, but I recall perfectly timing my interrupts on duels, sometimes in minis as well on 1v1 situations.

And by timing it I meant to the point where they have done their combo steps and are in their finisher, meanwhile, some HS, Chains or spitfire works wonders.

Timing interrupts is a crucial skill if you ask me.

Yea, but by saying he wastes PC and Hellsteps into the group in another thread, completely negates anything he has to say regarding PvP.

I always time my hfb. Knowing you aren't going to be cc in the beginning of the fight with your interrupt saves you 3k+ hp and their skill is on cd. I have no problem dpsing someone down, losing 1 hfb by not spamming it at the beginning of the fight is a small price to pay then waiting for them to cc and wipe the floor with me. The amount of hp I lose from someone kb/stunning means much more. For I could have lived to do 2+ more hfb with the hp loss.
