Default pvp: temp/gen vs jugg/temp?

What do you guys like better and think is more effective in pvp? I use to run temp/gen until recently ... I changed to temp/jugg and am trying to get use to it for the upcoming 3v3 tourny on wicc.

It basically comes down to cc's and versatility vs survivability and dps. What do some of the pros think?

Temp+Gen

I don't think the jugg feats are needed anymore.

Hmm ... define needed.

You get the aoe stun, a charge stun, your s/b kb gets a snare added, stand your ground (a team kb immunity where u also get to kb other guards), you also get a damage bonus to your charge abilities.

I did seem to melt in frenzy in that 2v2 ... was also ahrims hitting me. I'm still not sold see other post.

They are nice to have, but a guard is a killing machine, so I buff frenzy stance and go kill. Others can do the CC.

I haven't really messed around with my spec much since I finalized it. It seems to work for me and I am happy with it.

I have contemplated going for the extra stuff from Jugg, but so far I just find I don't miss having stunning charge and the snare. I use Skewer.

Pretty much the same build I had last week b4 switching to the jugg/temp hybrid.

I use skewer as well along with my new one attached to the kb. I'm thinking in small group vs group it might be better to have these nice cc's. Esp if I'm with a bs and another dps class short on ccs. I also find stand your ground helpful for hunting down rangers.

you find Precise Strikes to be worth it?

Every little bit counts. It bypasses some armour, so I take it. I don't need more survivability and I don't see another place where I'd use those points, though that will change when the Stalwart feat gets patched.

IIRC, Precise Strikes fully feated is around 4% damage increase, not worth it imo
