Well , don t know where t post this, but after the last patch is very hard for me to get aggro from Guards, i can elevate my hate to 40 (with hateful strikes), but no way, just can not take off any mob from a guard (is more easy from a DT) only Forced Engage works but for like 3 seconds.

I have all the Khitai hate gear, even t3 sword and nothing, i spoke with a few conqs (friends) and they have some issues too, but i m really worry about that.

Please let me know if there are any special post for this.

I hope Funcom take a look about this in future coz is not right.

There have been a number of posts on testlive about this issue. One of the Euro PvE conq's has done extensive testing and it appears Mocking snear, Burst of Aggression, and the hate boost from Guard of Dancing steel are not working right now (at least at times). Retaliation is the only hate ability that seems to be reliably doing something. As a result the only way for a conq to compete with DT's and guards for aggro right now is to do a boatload of damage.

Until this gets fixed I don't think tanking on a conq is really viable regardless of gear. The only role we can effectively fill in PvE right now is DPS with a rez by spec'ing carnage. Without our aggro tools working properly we really can't generate enough hate with a brute build to do any reasonable tanking.

I believe after they fixed the hate issue with the tank classes, something else went wrong with it. Lots of guards have been testing it and after the patch they reported something was a bit fishy. Not 100% on that, but it could also be an issue too.

The issue I am talking about is a new one that seemed to crop up after the "hate fix" patch. They fixed Cry of Havoc, Seal of Chaos, and Retaliation, but seemed to break several other conq hate generators.

My experience on live has also been consistent with this. I now find it impossible to hold aggro against good DPS players when it was easy prior to the last patch. I mostly run a carnage build anyways, but the current issues have entirely removed me from the tank role and made me a DPSer with a rez.

It seems as if a goad is required to deaggro since this patch.
