oto buffed from AA? christ no. The whole point of the AA system is it should work reguarless of how you spec. That and OTO is just lame and i would hate to see the class get rooted into abilities like that even further.

Correct me if im wrong but doesn't flashing defense evade magic ? Lots of stupid **** in this game, a little retributive damage on magic is not that big a deal.. yet alone "retarded", but ya it should be left to DT's, good point. I still like OTO, nothing like a healer freaking out because he thinks your gonna die on some epic boss only to have oto save the day.

Yeah you're wrong, flashing defense is an evasion buff only, which does not work on magic, let alone on melee half the time. And yes, a 12.5 second all melee AND magic incoming attacks healing a conq would be totally and utterly overpowered, not to mention the fact they'd be doing reflective damage at the same time. There is no scenario where that idea is balanced, and every now and then you have to put things in plain language so bad ideas don't go any further.

OTO was made to buff a Conq's PvE tanking abilities. The reason magic immunity was not included was so that it wouldn't be too insane in PvP. (Group PvP being the only consideration.)
