What zone did you find this shaman in? was it a boss mob? It look like a regular mob.

I got Ashen Walking Stick from the vanir shaman in FOTD

I'm having trouble finding the Diabolist Aino. What part of the e. mts is this mob found. I went all over the e. mtns for a while and did not find him. Is he in the mtns or down by the village?
