The support team will always try their best to resolve every problem before them. They will not always be able to fix everything, but as above, they will try to do their best. I know for some, it has to be 100% all the time. We always try to hit 110%. But, we will not be able to please everyone.
If you happen to encounter an instance when you feel things could have been handled differently, then the support team wants to hear your feedback. They always encourage feedback to be returned in the surveys you receive after the petition has been closed or sent to them directly via email (support@ageofconan.com or
feedback@ageofconan.com). The leads collect all feedback and discuss the consolidated lists each week for improvement purposes.
In addition, you can always poke myself or Tarib for more direct feedback on anything you may want to flag up. We are always here to help ensure support, as well any team is doing the best they can.
