weird, pre 3.0 SB was my hardest hitting combo(more damage per combo, I understand ib is ticking fairly contstantly, resulting in more overall damage)-- sb was alot closer to it in parses than it is currently. The reason I don't want it done is that I don't want just a juggling of damage that results in the same overall output. As of now, without the bleed id think we'd be hosed(you can call it a crutch if you like). Since funcom said they are just making tweaks, I think reducing the bleed damage would require a bigger overhaul than they are prepared to do-- and like I said, id hate to see them just juggle stuff around for the same result. Unless im completely misunderstanding what you are saying.

LOL Galifrey, DWW was always there in 1.04, but it just wasn't ridiculous. Was still a cancelled AOE combo that you had if you were aod spec.

I like the idea of buffing the end feats as those can't be stacked to make bears more ridiculous in pvp. Hopefully, the mini revamp does this.

Hopefully, the revamp buffs bears pve without affecting pvp(although Ill amdmit, I have problems with that even, but it looks like what Ill have to settle for). Thats what I would like.

Furies markus and I just did tests, Furies beat me and markus beat me. Removing self-inflicted damage they still beat me by a good margin. Not so OP to where its OMG give me 5000 dps but still enough to where it is concerning.

Basically they beat me by about 300 dps, on a single target. Admittedly-- furies was using an aoe build, he could have done better(we were hitting one strawman). We could use a boost. I know that 3.0 killed sb pretty good, that could be restored. Id say maybe just tweaks are required but we have so many broken end feats that id like those fixed as well-- itd be so easy to make bear a powerhouse in pve yet leave it relatively alone in pvp I sure hope they do it.

Without bleed, most bears are hosed, but I'm hoping that's the case; That FC find the time and resouces to change this mechanic so the BS can be a burst dmg class based on timing again. Then bears would actually learn about the timings and mechanics. Nowadays all I see is bears randomly do crush armors and ibs and call it a day. To me it's sad from where this class used to be.

For most shamans on parse and anecdotally, standalone ib as a whole without counting time, it hits the hardest for most. But it really isn't the case.

This I can attest to, ive opened up many parses and seen damage orders that just make any sense on bears. Then again, there are plenty of people who are still learning classes, no reason to pick on them.
