same here not giving up mind u,but seriously bummed 4 sure....reinstalling is definatly not it,have current direct x installed,changed monitor res,unchecked,checked numerous boxes,so i dunnooo.....

i keep getting this to my extreme frustration and growing anger at having paid this much for thegame, and the 1/3 month for eealry play to sit and stare at an error.

i tried the resolutions settings, and nothing. same old error of doom.

I sent an email about it back on wednesday when they allowed us to dl the client. I still have not recieved a repl to that email. When I do get this running I am going to request that every day that it took them to respond to my email be added to my subscription time. Its BS that i have to wait days to get help.

I agree, it feels like having paid this much for the game and going through all the trouble to download it we should get some kind of support. I have been working on this since the download came out as well and still nothing from funcom.

my settings wont allow me 2 change the res but ive tried everything else brand new computer updated everything so im pretty sure if they dont help us we aint getting on.....

I think funcom is more concerned with people who can actually get into the game then with those of us who cant even get to the login
