Where exactly do you get the Milestones quest if you've already completed it?

The Milestones quest given by Cang Jei is now repeatable. In addition, Cang Jei now offers a new optional reward: 'Receptacle of Rare Trophies' (25 Rare Trophies). The optional rings he already offers are no longer unique, meaning you can retrieve a second one. The quest is shareable and can now also be completed at Can Jei's Shrine in Paikang, located near a crossroad between Glade of the Elephant God and the Jade Citadel. (Note: You need to re-claim the quest to get the new optional reward).

Although reclaim maybe means the note to go see Conan we all got way back in the day, in our claims window? That seems tedious though, but it is Funcom .

I tried reclaiming the quest. That worked fine, but when you have to go talk to Conan he doesn't have an option to continue it to Khitai.

Any one have any ideas?

Hard to find. Patch directions are pretty vague.

It's looking like the re-claim part of the quest is broken. I also re-claimed the Summons, and got a quest to speak with Conan. There was no dialog option regarding visiting Khitai or anything regarding the Milestones quest.

It looks like for the time being we'll need to have it shared to us.

I tried that yesterday and it didn't work either.
Got the message about "doing/already done/missing step" that you get when failing a quest share.

Go to the milestone of entity in paikang, there is a statue next to it, click the scroll near the feet of the statue (maybe hard to click because some grass may cover it). then the four eyes man will pop up, talk to him to get quest.

Quest is not broken..gear thingy pops up at base of Cang Jei's statue "The Seven Cons of Cang Jei" click on it and the four-eyed man will appear..
