I pay in arse-grabby(baseball or cricket, pick your poison)-hetero-love, and you will be immortalised forever and ever in forum goodness here-on forever until the day FC tanks.

Other than that, you'll just have to settle for knowing there are a bunch of DT's out there spreading the DT love showing off to Guards and Konks knowing full well we have some pretty f-ing awesome, to the factual point fora (forum pluralised) without the eP3enyne5s of the DPSy (pronounced DIPSY, cos they're 'duhhh' to play) and it takes a man or woman with really big hairy sweaty balls (callin it how it is) to make a DT work with some seriously expensive dead end routes and lotsa time wasted in cash, rares, raid and 6man runs etc along the way.

Guess I'm saying thanks to all the DT's =D

hah, beat me to my rant that was supposed to follow my previous bit =P

Really what he is saying, and putting the talis in relative order:

T3.5 Tali : Best in the game, only 1-2 us guilds clearing it so relatively inaccessible.

Tome of the Black Gale: T3 Tali, easy enough to see it drop, very rare to see a raid leader let you roll on it (I have been begging and even bribing with shards for a long time to no avail)...

Scarlet Circle Tali: Decent all around, easy to get as all you have to do is grind it, but it is a grind...

Dagons Luck: Crafted, easy to get, no grind, very good.

Tali from Fort/Tali from HoC: Blue drops, relatively easy to get, still pretty good.

When picking a talisman, prioritize (IMO):
Critical Rating
Magic Damage / Wisdom
Magical Health Tap
Physical Health Tap
Combat Rating
Strength / Con

Basically, all this talk is useless, we all know what the best Talismans are. Getting them is another story, so pick up the one you can get the easiest, and continue chasing the harder ones.

Boom!

The only addition to this I have is that, there's easy free drops in HoC and Fort that have about 70 magic damage on them each, that require no grinding or effort and offer more DPS than the Seal.

I did miss that in my skimming sowwy was more pointing out that they're almost on par with the Tome.

Great info. Also, if you don't want to spend as much for Dagon's Luck, Talisman of Power is a pretty decent crafted tali as well. (It's what I use since I can make them).

Awesome stuff guys. Thanks a lot, muchly appreciated. I think all the questions of late had pretty much rounded out any aspiring DT's how to go about their trade with a good long-term focus. At least based on the current abilities available to the DT.

Now to grab myself that ToS tally. If ToS' and PoM's can roll on Demo/Necro talies, DT's can roll on theirs as far as I am concerned!
