I have a question no one seems to have a straight answer for. In t3 there is 1 wisdom tali 1 wis shield if some assume tome are tos and shield for poms does that mean funcom forgot to make a shield for tos and a tali for poms?

They exist on TL, but are not currently in the loot table on Live.

This is the general consensus, yes.

the t3 shield is pretty worthless ... just get two tali's .. or a tali and the faction sheild.

"pom" weapons are trash and only have wis... no crit. If you see a pom rocking a "pom" weap just laugh at them

The tali's and shields drop often enough where you should be able to wait in the healer line and get 2 talis. I think I had one or 2, and every other healers in guild had one or 2 of them each. And our guild prioritized the ToS's for rolling on those.

I used the PoM weapons. I never saw the ToS drops when the ToS's in raid were full of bling, so I was more or less stuck with what I had. I also hated doing the 6-man's which complicates faction weapons.

edit... not initially directed at you, but more to add on that they drop alot to your suggestion to just get the "ToS" pieces.
