I had to tell a GM where/what a PvP vendor was because I purchased a wrong item. He fixed it but I found it kind of odd.

Thats the heartbreaking aspect of it, Prophets was working so hard to get back into crafting and progression. The fact we pulled off the hardest T3 craft was for nothing, it would have motivated the guild to keep pushing forward, I think alot of us have lost faith in any hopes of trying it again. GM could have made 24 people very happy, insted he crushed any motivation we had to continue playing.

Im pretty sure most of the GM's dont even know what game they are supporting, Ive had some GM's ask me "Whats is a ToS? or "How do I open a trade window with you?" How do we expect someone to help us who has no knowledge of the game?

I once had to show a GM where the craft-skill reset vendor was in Poitain. It was a "Really? REALLY?" Moment

The GM said there was nothing wrong with the quest. So the bone pile on the floor that I couldn't pick up and craft into an ingot wasn't bugged? OMG Then the GM said he had no proof that we did it right. SO again...bone pile is not possible unless you have clicked on both bags and gotten the quest updated at 50 percent, bone pile only spawns with updated quest and hathorka's death.
But nothing I could say would make this GM understand because the quest was working as intended!
We had a huge problem with the bags not spawning a few months ago at least they did fix that problem.
Getting a guild to craft in these trying times with low population is difficult enough, getting screwed out of it and being told "A GMS decision is FINAL" well I am telling you that about takes the cake!

Sorry to read up on this Sug & Dodge; but try to hang in there and like you I hope that these issues will someday be resolved.

I also hope your fellow gamers have enough fortitude to not throw in the towel on each other; perhaps try the run again (I am not making a sick joke) and ensure a GM (with common sense) is present during the fight.

We've had some very bizarre GM encounters ourselves that were "stunning" to say the least.

The support team will always try their best to resolve every problem before them. They will not always be able to fix everything, but as above, they will try to do their best. I know for some, it has to be 100% all the time. We always try to hit 110%. But, we will not be able to please everyone.

If you happen to encounter an instance when you feel things could have been handled differently, then the support team wants to hear your feedback. They always encourage feedback to be returned in the surveys you receive after the petition has been closed or sent to them directly via email (support@ageofconan.com or feedback@ageofconan.com). The leads collect all feedback and discuss the consolidated lists each week for improvement purposes.

In addition, you can always poke myself or Tarib for more direct feedback on anything you may want to flag up. We are always here to help ensure support, as well any team is doing the best they can.

The thread will now be closed because this is feedback directed at support and not on the game specifically.
