DT's have already had a major overhaul. They're currently a very strong class in both PvP and PvE, so no revamp is needed.

No revamp, no revamp, no revamp. FC has had since '08 to "balance" the classes. They are not going to be able to improve on any of the classes at this point.

Hello again
I am very scared about the revamp of the PoM (i have one in L80 pvp3 with 50 AAs), i hope FUNCOM dont **** the PoM.
But about the revamp of the DT, in my opinion this soldier only needs:
- 10% more of blue barr and 15% more of green barr.
- Need 0.50m range in the weapond
- Only for the fun maibe some skill send the players to the ground like the Guardians and barbarians.
- more heal or damage in Darkhand (20% more)
- 1 more second in Shadowed soul or 1 more second in the stun skill (no mind shatter)

Yeah DTs need better hit box as well. Not sure about dark hand , because it heals nice

Did they change the hit boxxes in the past 6 months or something? I ask because now all 2-hand and ranged classes have to do is hop around a bit and they take only an occasional hit. This didn't happen 6 months ago with my DT. So yes, one-hand weapons need closer to two-hand range for balance. The two-hand will still do much more damage.

Also wouldn't a magic-based warrior have better spell protection? I look at my DT's stats and it has 2.3% protection. Needless to say I can't tank or compete with other magic wielders.

All depends on your gear , DTs don't need more protection .

You can take around 1400+ protection from feats.

We could say the same for demos too though, I mean, just look at the feats and you can see a very thrown together class that just happened to be viable in both PvP and PvE. But the fact remains we have 3 useless endfeats, and only a couple of viable specs (and in those specs the core feats remain constant).

Yes, but DT has many viable spec's, and their feat trees aren't thrown together. They're actually fairly organized between tank and DPS.

Also, DT has 3 very good end feats. Granted, 1 is a PvE only feat.
