There's a guy in the Australian BF2 community that has NEVER lived down being caught with haxs on his computer. Name and shame is where it's at.

L2 used to slap down gold sellers and such too, ban the account, but they just go buy another box, so in the end, letting them get established before they ban just made NCSoft money. If they weren't already business partners in the first place. If there are hackers, and they sell gold and other rares, then it stands to reason that even if banned, they'd just buy another box. Most keep multiple accounts, so even tracking where the items went is problematic, at best.
