Has anyone noticed holy storm not proccing nearly as often lately?

I've been using this div build for the last couple of days and I noticed that Holy Storm procs from WoL way less than it used to - sometimes my WoL runs down w/o HS proccing at all.

Or maybe it's just the animation not working - I should check that. I know spell animations have been buggy for HoX post-patch, and now that I think of it my EoL/WoL animations seem delayed too.

I haven't noticed anything different but i haven't played my pom much, also remember that is does not proc while Clarity of Mind is up.

It's very random.

Even before patch 1.05.6 there would be times I would get it instantly and other times I would not get it at all within 20 seconds, and had to wait 30 seconds for it to proc over two waves. Which is... incredibly annoying.

One reason I have specced back into my Vengeance build.

And here I've been feeling like it was proccing more often since I got back. Guess it really is just luck of the draw.

Sometimes it procs like crazy and other times i'll go entire mini games where it'll proc once...

Haven't noticed any difference myself, I think it is working as intended, though I do think they should change the way they intend it to work as it procs quite often while the spell is still going to be on CD which is worthless.
