With this UI you have 60 slots in the main UI body, 20 per row and then you can enable and stretch the "Additional Hotbars" to get another 40 slots. To enable these you hit "F10" - "Interface Options" - "HUD" tab - Scroll to bottom of that page and tick the boxes for "Enable Additional Hotbar 1 and 2" and then click Apply and OK at the bottom.
Now they will show up on screen, they will be vertical to start with, to change them you simply "Right Mouse Click on the Top or Left edge of the Bar" this will make them be horizontal, you can then stretch them out by "Left Click Hold and Drag with Mouse" on the bottom or Right edge of the bar, you can Drag it open to a max of 20 slots.
OK Now, these two Extended Hotbars are already in use, on the Main UI body, so when you Bind a key in the main body using a slot that is being used from one of these two addional bars, the key label will show on one of these bars as well, however the bindings do not stick to these bars and only work for the Main UI body, so they can be used with differant spells or combos without interfering with each other. Try it out you will see what I am saying, turn on these bars stretch them out, then bind a key in one the lower two Bars in the Main Body, it will appear bound to the External Additional bars as well, but how ever you will notice if you put a combo or spell in the external bound slot that pressing the bound key does not activate the Combo or Spell, making them usable for additional Combo Spell Pet or Ability Buttons that can be Mouse Clicked, but not bound to Keyboard.
As on my Necro I use these for Horse Commands and for Pets, ect. Unfortunately they show the key labels from the keys bound in the main UI body, but you learn to ignore these as they have no impact on the additional slot, they just visual
Hope this helps and may serve your UI needs, i cant say I have seen any UI using more slots, but their may be one out there...
