Not able to log in ?

Why is it that I cannot log into my account. My password is correct when i type it into the game.

I get is passwords are case sensitive (14)

but the password and username i type in are correct.

You'll have to go through support to get this one looked at, I'm afraid. Nobody here can help you with account-issues like this sounds like it is.

hmmm weird. Alright well i'll have a look then see what i can dig up in the support. Already did a ticket it for it no respond yet.

Did you try the Support-chat? It's reputed to be a bit faster than the ticket-systems.
